The Cod’s Scallops was created by John Molnar, who used his 30 years of chef and business experience to get onboard a skilled crew, source the finest produce and set sail a fish and chip concept like no other.

All our Haddock is MSC approved. Most popular north of the border for that classic fish supper. White flesh, slightly sweet & translucent when cooked.

Caught in deep water, it’s nice & firm, slightly oily with a wonderful taste.

Often described as the “most meat like” of all fishes. The steaks have a high oil content with a dense, meaty texture & slightly sweet taste.

Luscious, slightly oily, creamy white flesh. The skin goes really crispy when grilled.

All our cod and haddock is MSC approved. We work closely with fish merchants to ensure our fish is fully sustainable and responsibly sourced.
We raise money for The Fishermen’s Mission, which is the only charity to provide emergency support to fishermen, alongside practical, financial, spiritual and emotional care.
